What data we collect
Contact form. Your name, email address and the text of your message. We use them only to reply to you and to manage any resulting collaboration (legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, art. 6.1.b GDPR). They are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact.
Browsing data. Like every web server, the server hosting this site records IP addresses, requested pages, date, time and browser type in technical logs, used only for security and to keep the site working (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR) and deleted automatically according to the hosting provider's settings. The site also keeps anonymous, first-party visit statistics: the visitor is identified by a daily hash that cannot be traced back to a person.
Cookies
The site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics tools. The only cookie set on the public pages is a technical one that remembers your language choice (IT/EN). Fonts and project videos are hosted on our own servers.
Some project pages may embed videos from YouTube in "privacy-enhanced" mode (youtube-nocookie.com) or from Vimeo: in that case, and only if you start playback, the provider may collect data according to its own policy (Google, Vimeo).
Who we share data with
Data is never sold or transferred. It may be processed by our hosting and email providers, acting as data processors, solely to deliver the service.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, object to the processing, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante). Just write to info@3digitale.it.
